Jon Najarian is the founder of InsideOptions.com, and editor of ChangeWave Options Trader (ChangeWave.com).

After a brief career as a linebacker with the Chicago Bears, in 1981 Jon Najarian started working as an unpaid apprentice clerk on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) for six months. He found his discipline, quick reflexes, and competitive nature were well-suited to the demands of floor trading, and he subsequently bought a CBOE seat and started trading in the IBM pit. Within a few years, Jon Najarian established himself as one of the exchange's biggest players.

Jon Najarian first began publishing his market observations in the mid-1990's, which led to InsideOptions.com. He also provides stock market updates and is the host of "Stocks & Jocks, Taking Care of Business with Doctor J", which is carried on CBS Radio's Infinity Broadcasting Network. Jon Najarian has also written a book, How I Trade Options.
