Jack Bowers is the editor of Fidelity Monitor (, and chief investment strategist of Weber Asset management, a money management firm.

Jack Bowers has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University. He started Fidelity Monitor 20 years ago, drawing on his personal interest in investing, computer modeling, and desktop publishing -- outgrowths of eight years of management experience at Hewlett-Packard. Jack Bowers wanted to create a service that would simplify the task of developing an investment game plan.
