Hays Advisory was founded in 1999 by Don Hays, who serves as president. Don's sons Jeff Hays and Keith Hays serve as Managing Directors/Portfolio Managers. Mark Dodson, CFA, is a partner of the firm and serves as Director of Research and Portfolio Manager. Hays Advisory is recognized for its tactical asset allocation discipline.
