About Fred Hager

Founder and CEO of Hager Technology Research and, Fred Hager has been publishing investment research and opinions for over 30 years. Prior to launching Hager Technology Research, Hager was the Chairman of Telecomp Computer Systems in Milford, Ct. for over twenty years. Fred Hager began publishing his investment newsletter, The Long Term Value Quarterly in 1986. In the summer of 1998, Hager retired from Telecomp to bring his newsletter to the Internet at, where he has expanded it into a comprehensive resource for investors.

Today, the Hager Technology Research team provides individuals and institutions with research and portfolio guidance. The mission of Hager Technology Research is to offer the most thorough analysis and reporting on the companies that are fundamentally solid, profitable technology businesses that maximize their shareholders’ dollars.
